FAQ / Guest information
- Check-in 15:00 / Check-out 11:00. No curfew.
- Luggage storage: due to limited space, it’s available only on the check-in/check-out day.
- Breakfast: light snacks. Considering various flight times, we set trays every afternoon for the next day; please use only the tray labeled with your room.
- Changes/Cancellation: Free until 14 days before check-in; not allowed within 14 days. No-show incurs the full amount.
- Payments: Toss / PayPal (fees apply; room rates include VAT). Bank transfer has no fee. Cash on site is possible—if preferred, please pay a ₩10,000 deposit and send your flight number and passport image via messenger or email.
- Pending (PENDING): a held room without payment is kept for 1 hour, then auto-canceled.
- Amenities: toothbrush/toothpaste, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissue, towels, hangers.
- Rooms: private shower, A/C, blackout blinds, TV (except dorm), mini-fridge, hair dryer, mirror and a small vanity. A water dispenser is in the hallway.
- Children: welcome (no baby/child bed or extra bed).
- Parking/Pets: no parking; no pets.
- Noise: this is a remodeled house and not fully soundproof—please be quiet late at night.
- Toilets: do not throw foreign objects; clogging/damage may incur fees.
- In-room dining is allowed; please avoid stains and strong odors.
- Heating: Korean ondol floor heating.
- Entry: use the door code provided before check-in.
- Contact: after booking, please add us on messenger and send your check-in date and name. If we can’t reach you, we’ll email you.
